Al Kol Eile (“For All These Things”)
Song of the Week

3m 11s
We turn our eyes toward Israel, with love and concern for the Israeli people who face pain and challenges in these complicated times. Borrowing an image of the honeybee from this song, we “bless the sting and bless the honey, bless the bitter and the sweet.”
At our recent cross-community Tekes Me’avar, we raised our voices with Cantor Schwartz and Rabbi Angela Buchdahl, united in this prayer: “Guard the stillness, guard the weeping, and, above all, guard this song.” Wishing you sweet stillness in your prayers for Israel, and a Shabbat Shalom.
