What makes music American? Musicologists agree that it is a blend of traditions, and of musical languages from across centuries and across the world that makes American music special.

Approaching the weekend of July 4, one freedom we never take for granted in this country is the expression of Judaism. Musical expressions from our own fellow citizens have been commissioned by the PAS Music Center for many decades – making something new is a tradition here!
